In a moment where I was in need of reflection recently, I came across a message that spoke to me precisely when I needed it most, yet when I least expected it to show up. I am always in the belief that wherever we may find ourselves in life, even at times of great sorrow, if we just notice one mystery waiting to be found surrounding us, there it is ready to share something we personally need to understand.
This is where the art of Lexigrams has now fascinated my own life more than I have ever properly explained up til now upon this website, blog or otherwise. Many of you know I have been spending part of my time outside of the city with my beloved Grandmother since she had a stroke in December. This past week was a time once back in NYC, I was having a very hard time switching gears back to my life here, so I took pause for a long walk.
There was a lot this particular week had brought to the surface things I was feeling confused about in my last year between caring for a dear family member and keeping a budding career going simultaneously. My Grandmother and I talked for once much about life- hers’, my mother’s and mine- and the one thing she made very clear to me by end of this conversation was: to live mine. It was a beautiful message, but I was still quite torn for a seemingly endless period after our talk to be able to fully grasp her words, and not feel there was more I should be doing for her.
My route back to NYC down the Taconic Parkway to my eventual walk to clear my head around Union Square, resulted in much contemplation and answer seeking, not to mention tear stopping. I wound up at a resting place on Union Square and Broadway overlooking the windows above the American Outfitters storefront. I found a message not only for me at the time, but one it only seemed apropos to share with you all. I knew right then in my heart, Grandma’s words where so very real, and as Lexigrams are here to do for us, there is a deep message to adhere to within. I must have sat down at least 5 minutes before realizing what truth was awaiting to be told to me above American Outfitters store where I seemed to magically see the words:
LIVE YOUR LIFE
This is where even the simplest things like a phrase we come across in our everyday life can tell us what we need to hear, as Lexigrams work in very mysterious ways. No doubt this can apply to us all if we do ultimately LIVE LIFE…
LIVE YOUR LIFE
FLY, YOU’RE FREE
IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE YOU’RE FREE
FREE FEEL FOREVER
IF YOU’RE VILE OR LIE YOU’RE EVIL
I LOVE YOU FOREVER
LIVE LIFE LIVELY
YOU’RE VERY FREE
YOUR LIFE RELIVE ‘OLE YORE FEEL
YOU LIVE A LOVELY FULL LIFE
EVERY LOVE REFILL, REFUEL LIFE
I VERIFY LIFE LOVELIER IF FULL, FULLER
FREELY RELIEF REFILL LOVE FULLY
RELY LIFE VERY FREELY
LOVE FULLY IF YOU RULE
ROLL OVER LURE OR FURY
RELY LOVE FOR YOU FOREVER…
So remember Stars, there is, in your life, always something awaiting you that can give you affirmation whenever that time may be necessary. It may seem uncanny, it may seem weird, but these moments are ours- and we are here to enjoy and cherish them! They are our teachers and blessings from the mighty Universe above…
